Ukraine: The shipping cost is determined by NOVA after delivery, based on the size, weight of your items, and the destination. You will have the opportunity to pay for shipping before receiving your order.

All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You may request a refund for regular-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
